OOC Posts for Pokémon Legends: Dreamwidth

Attracted by the electrical components of the Arc Phone, a swarm of Rotom seem to have snuck into the Village overnight and merged with the Arc Phones of the new arrivals!

As of 3/18/2022, all Arc Phones (future and current) will have access to the following capabilities:
- Text to Speech: Your phone will be able to read text out loud to you.
- Live Transcription: You will be able to speak to your phone to have it type up what you're saying.
- Live Captioning: Your phone will parse audio in videos into captions.
- Hands Free Use/Voice Commands: Your phone will be able to float alongside you and execute functions based on voice commands.

This will not count towards your 5 pokemon per month cap, especially because it seems that no matter how hard you try, the Rotom will not exit the phone. For those that have been tinkering with their phones, or those already arriving with Rotoms, you may opt to ignore this update in favor of adding the features yourself.

Poll Results
By a fairly handy landslide, "Option 2: Upgrade the current Obsidian Fieldlands base camp into an Outpost" has won the poll! The Resource/Services Page will be updated to reflect this, and characters will be able to contribute points to the project moving forward. When the project is completed, a third character slot will be granted to all players.
