NOTE: If you want a non-shiny, non-hidden ability pokemon, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ROLL FOR IT. You can just say you acquired it at any point, so long as it falls within the cap of 5 pokemon per month. Regular pokemon do not require points to purchase.

Upgrade the current Obsidian Fieldlands base camp into an Outpost.
This will add housing and a communal kitchen/dining hall to the Fieldlands base camp, enabling characters to live there longer term. Additionally, when this project is completed, a third character slot will become available for all players.
